1. Appointments

- Booking: All services are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email.

- Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a fee may apply.

- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in a fee.

- No-Call, No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated no-call, no-shows will result in the inability to book future appointments with us.

- Health and Safety: Clients who are sick must cancel their appointment. We cannot afford to risk the health of our other clients or staff.

2. Payments

- Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Full payment is due at the time of service.

- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, particularly for longer appointments or specialized treatments.

- Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please inform us before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

3. Products

- Product Use: We use high-quality products including Design Essentials, Naked by Essations, Olaplex, and Pravanna. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to the products used during your service. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

- Product Sales: Products purchased from our salon are non-refundable. Exchanges may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

4. Client Responsibility

- Hair Condition: Clients are responsible for informing the stylist of any hair conditions or recent treatments that may affect the outcome of the service (e.g., prior chemical treatments, sensitivities, or medical conditions).

- Children: For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving services.

- Outside Guests: No outside guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.
