We use high-quality products such as Design Essentials, Naked by Essations, Olaplex, and Pravana. We take the time to educate our clients on proper at-home care, so your hair remains healthy and beautiful long after your visit.

You can book an appointment by visiting our website. Please note that we operate by appointment only, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Once you complete your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please add the appointment to your calendar, where you’ll find links to reschedule or cancel if needed. You’ll also receive a follow-up SMS, so be sure to save our number to your contacts for easy access. We recommend adding our email to your contacts as well to ensure it doesn’t go to spam.

To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required. Your Deposit goes towards the full amount for your appointment. The Remaining balance is due once services are rendered! Deposits are non refundable & non transferable! No exceptions! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Absolutely! At Cheveux Exotique, we celebrate diversity and specialize in all hair types and textures. Whether you have natural, relaxed, or color-treated hair, our stylists are trained to provide the care and expertise you need.

We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by clicking the link in your confirmation notification. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures that you can rebook at a time that works for you.

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows. IF you are a no show, you can no longer book with us.

At Cheveux Exotique, we require a card on file to uphold our late fee and cancellation/no-show policy. Here’s how it works:

Late Policy:

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals between 10–15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee. Arriving 30 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service. No call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service. If fees are not paid, future appointments cannot be booked until outstanding fees are settled.

Keeping a card on file allows us to smoothly apply these policies and ensures that all clients and stylists' time is respected.

Children are sweet and love to play, please leave them home on your appointment day. Children 12 & up will be serviced. No exceptions!
